| North Breakwater Light |
One of my first (and favorite) images from Duluth. This was the result of one of those lucky moments, where for whatever reason that day, I had decided to go out shooting at 4am and was treated to a spectacular sunrise. Aside from the color, the thing I like about this shot is although the tower looks silhouetted, it does contain a lot of detail that you don't pick up on with your first glance.

| South Breakwater Light |
This image of the South pier light was taken around the same time as the North light above. I timed the shutter release to capture the tower light. The gorgeous sunrise and rapidly changing light was keeping me preoccupied and it wasn't until I examined this imagine later that I noticed the seagulls sitting on top of the pier lights.
